We’re currently seeking a collaborative and savvy Senior Manager - Integrated Marketing to join our Flyhomes Marketing team. This role will work cross-functionally to drive growth through integrated marketing campaigns for a specific community, geography or product line. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing campaigns through a variety of channels to drive leads, build the Flyhomes brand, and engage those we serve. 

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute effective integrated marketing strategies and campaigns across a variety of channels (SEO, social, paid, landing pages, influencers, etc.) to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement.
  • Hire, coach and manage a team of channel managers to develop integrated marketing strategies and campaigns via the team’s project management tool. (Note: newer initiatives may start first as individual contributor roles, with the future objective of building a team.)
  • Track and report results of marketing campaigns with Google Analytics and provide data-backed insights to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee development of marketing content (ad copies, webinars, blog posts, videos, infographics, etc.) to drive interest throughout the customer lifecycle and evangelize Flyhomes’s unique customer solutions.
  • Run experiments to optimize growth funnels and channels. 
  • Develop, refine and automate processes to streamline workflow and improve productivity of the team.


What You’ll Bring 

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field. MBA Preferred.
  • 5+ years in integrated marketing / public relations/ brand marketing/ product marketing / strategic planning or other roles that require creation and delivery of strategic marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working on high growth, consumer-facing digital brands in a startup environment
  • Strong analytical mindset, combined with a creative and strategic framework to design and optimize engaging and empathetic campaigns that resonate with Flyhomes audiences.
  • Strong leadership skills and proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and strategic listening skills are necessary to effectively exercise tact, discretion, judgment and diplomacy when interacting and/or negotiating with all levels of internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Experienced in using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and other analytics tools.
  • Proficient in using Asana, Airtable, and other project management tools.
  • Experienced in Copper, Close and other customer relationship management tools a plus.
