The Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing will play a major role in leading our strategic marketing campaigns and programs across our digital footprint. Along with developing/executing effective campaigns, they will spearhead building innovative growth strategies for our "always on" brand awareness initiatives across multiple digital distribution channels.

Among these responsibilities, they will lead the development, management, and implementation of our digital strategy across websites, content marketing, SEO and paid media across socials, search, programmatic, and video advertising. They will serve as an expert for personalizing content across the user journey and for multiple audiences.

Responsibilities:

General

  • Develop and oversee all strategy and implementation of digital programs, including SEO/SEM, personalization strategy, email marketing, social media, content marketing and paid advertising.
  • Manage and support ongoing digital projects from initial intake and requirements scoping through development, sign off, QA, and launch insuring projects are delivered on time and to spec.
  • Lead audience segment creation and management for multi-channel marketing initiatives, such as retargeting, personalization, etc.
  • Manage and inform end-to-end website projects, including website strategy, information architecture, user experience, asset trafficking, tag management and analytic while working closely with project management, copy, design, and development resources.
  • Take a leading role in new business proposals, including research, pitch preparation, ideation, deck draft and presentation.

Campaigns:

  • Plan, manage, and oversee all aspects of a digital marketing campaign to effectively promote our brand from creating briefs, template, and workflows to audience targeting, messaging, marketing mix and reporting.
  • Defines and documents business requirements for every campaign, including audience traits, content and call to action, channels/destinations, etc.

Website / SEO:

  • Manage and implement SEO including keyword research, on and offsite optimization, derive insights, develop recommendations, and make decisions for content strategy based on data.
  • Manage regular website content updates, as well as personalized content targeting, utilizing agency and internal resources. Updates include blogs, press releases, bulletins, and product pages
  • Build and improve audience segmentation for digital channels
  • Optimize online response and conversion rates via ad copy, landing page optimization, testing, and behavioral targeting.

Paid Advertising:

  • Launch and optimize paid media campaigns on digital channels such as LinkedIn, Google, programmatic media and other relevant digital platforms.
  • Oversee and recommend digital advertising budget for display and/or retargeting ads and paid social to build a robust pipeline of prospects and move professional investors through engagement to conversion.

Email:

  • Lead and implement digital and email marketing calendar and ensure alignment with business priorities and internal partners.
  • Regularly identify trends and email marketing strategies from other leading global brands to glean insights on standard methodologies and new innovative ideas for email marketing tactics, including audits of how we can acquire, nurture and retain these clients.

Analytics:

  • Measure and report performance of the site and all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Set annual KPIs for website, digital, email marketing and social channels, monitor performance, provide regular analytics reports, identify trends and innovate to increase engagement and results.

Education, Experience, And Other Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of relevant B2B experience working in technology, website, social media, and marketing and communications.
  • Proven experience working with leadership to advance institutional initiatives.
  • Ability to solve tough problems effectively and efficiently, breaking them down into pieces and taking a hypothesis-driven approach
  • Experience with multiple web, CMS, marketing automation and HTML/CSS.
  • Proven ability to partner with creative people, aligning creative work via clear briefs and reviews.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments and conversion testing
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills, ability to lead projects and work with cross-functional teams
