The role:

We are looking for a high-performing marketer to lead client marketing strategy and execution. As the Sr. Manager, Client Marketing, you will lead efforts to increase client growth and expansion revenue, help define the strategy and execute new and innovative ways to maintain, grow and diversify revenue from our client base. In this role you will also help build client engagement and advocacy programs to ensure we are showcasing client success and fostering a community of champions.

Our ideal candidate has the ability to develop and execute successful client engagement programs that directly impact revenue and overall lifetime value. You are familiar with structuring client journeys using a range of engagement tools and possess a vision for the most effective and scalable ways to drive client revenue, combined with a 'test and learn' mindset firmly anchored in data insights. This role will report directly into the Senior Director of Growth Marketing.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, Account Managers and Relationship Managers to develop client and partner marketing strategy, framework and programs that drive revenue, increase client retention and satisfaction, and become a Galileo competitive differentiator.
  • Develop and implement content marketing initiatives (e.g. use cases, white papers, videos, testimonials, joint speaking opportunities, etc) that increase awareness of Galileo and or client brand, partnership and impact in the marketplace
  • Develop and implement end user focused, integrated marketing programs to help drive acquisition, activation, retention goals for our clients, and revenue for Galileo.
  • Analyze client performance marketing effectiveness, including building post analysis campaigns with definitive key learnings and action items for success.  Ensure campaign measurement and analytics processes are in place to provide response, insight and continuous improvement
  • Actively and collaboratively works with our internal partners to ensure that programs are planned within appropriate timelines, resources are efficiently leveraged and detailed campaign measurement plans are implemented
  • Develop marketing as a service framework / templates to scale and grow success of end user marketing programs across our client and partner base that amplify and accelerate revenue growth
  • Work on a core part of our client experience with significant opportunity for impact

What you’ll need:

  • Must be team-oriented, collaborative and have the ability to drive an agenda forward while also balancing needs of multiple conflicting stakeholders
  • Must be comfortable delivering presentations to a variety of internal and external audiences
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
  • Experience working with agencies in development of creative briefs, managing the creative process, a creative eye with keen attention to detail
  • Track and present progress against goals and relevant marketing metrics to team, cross functional groups, and management
  • Strong ability to manage relationships with internal partners and external agencies
