Sr. Manager, Channel Marketing
d eepwatch is seeking a Sr. Manager, Channel Marketing that will support our channel team and our channel partner businesses with the overall development and management of programs, campaigns, and activities that drive pipeline and revenue growth. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Field and Channel Marketing and is a 100% remote role that can be based anywhere within the continental U.S.
To be successful, this position requires a strong blend of ownership, organizational and adaptability skills, time management, attention to detail, flawless execution capabilities, ability to execute in a fast-paced environment, along with an ability to build and manage relationships both internally and externally. You'll have 7-10 years' experience working with a variety of channel partner types.
Position Responsibilities

  • Align with Channel Leaders and Regional Directors to understand the market trends and customize programs as needed to help drive quota attainment goals
  • Work with top focus partners and create marketing plans that deliver high ROI campaigns and programs. This could include, but not limited to email, event, promotional, tradeshow, lunch and learns, webinar programs, and campaigns
  • Manage the MDF program, including managing the offers, building new opportunities, defining, tracking and reporting on metrics
  • To Partner - Develop simplified messaging and communication plan fit for partner consumption
  • Thru Partner - Leverage marketing assets, ideas etc., for Partners to grow demand and awareness in their customer base and attract new prospects
  • Work with the integrated marketing team to drive programs deep into our partners
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing investments
  • Own overall planning, budget, and execution of all Partner GTM initiatives in alignment with corporate objectives
  • Management of Partner Portal and Partner Program

Requirements
Required Experience, Skills and Knowledge

  • Ability to think strategically and deliver against business objectives
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, highly responsive and dedicated to program results
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • A working knowledge of demand generation and lead nurture strategies
  • A willingness to wear many hats and quickly pivot based on changing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
  • Travel required as needed to support the partners and programs


Preferred Experience, Skills and Knowledge

  • Experience and/or knowledge of deepwatch alliance partners' technologies (i.e. Splunk, Crowdstrike, Tenable, PAN, Sentinel One, Cybereason, etc.)
  • Threat intelligence, XDR, EDR, VM, Intrusion Detection and Incident Response knowledge or experience
  • Experience with Marketing Automation Platform and CRM systems; Salesforce.com and Hubspot is preferable
  • Skilled negotiator with proven experience finding creative ways to do more with less, and a track record of staying on budget
  • Writing skills appropriate for demand generation, in particular, campaign briefs, email, web, and social, newsletters, and campaign ads; both short form and long form
  • Ability to understand the buyer's journey, re-purpose content -strong skills working with agencies and vendors for creative and content marketing campaigns


Colorado Candidates:
Minimum salary of one hundred eight thousand dollars + bonus + stock options + benefits. Actual compensation may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
*Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation for this role when working remotely from the state of Colorado.
