Sr Manager, Affiliate Marketing

At PosiGen, we are passionate about providing money saving solar solutions for people of all income levels. We are seeking an equally passionate Affiliate Marketing Manager to manage, optimize and grow our daily operations in a department responsible for creative works, including affiliate partners, audience promotions and advertising. The Affiliate Marketing Manager also assists with audience research and develops creative briefs and design concepts to meet business demand generation objectives.
Salary Range for this position is $110,000 - $120,000
Top candidates for this position will have specific experience with affiliate marketing, managing all aspects of the relationships including budgeting, performance and planning.
Essential Job Functions
- Manage all affiliate marketing relationships, including budgets and performance
- Build owned and operated campaigns with intent to optimize cost of acquisition vs affiliate
- Oversee referral incentive programs, including Community Marketing Referral Program
- Collaborate with website production and edits to develop and maintain optimal user experience in relation to demand generation
- Work internally and with consultants to create social campaigns focused on demand generation
- Manage the approval of content updates through internal compliance
- Coordinate with Inside Sales strategy for optimal results on demand generated
- Work with automated marketing build out to increase conversion of demand generated
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or comparable degree
- Minimum 5 years previous marketing experience
- Proficient with various affiliate marketing platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with Cloud Storage (Dropbox, Google Drive), Macintosh Operating System, Active Prospect, Lead Conduit and SalesForce
- Knowledge of construction and/or solar power energy field a plus
