Atlanta based Chick-fil-A (CFA) was founded by Truett Cathy in 1967 and remains a private company owned by the Cathy family today. This partner has always served Coca-Cola products, and indeed the family considers the relationship with Coke to go back to the times when Truett Cathy made his first entrepreneurial profits selling bottles of Coke as a boy during the Depression. CFA is now the third largest restaurant company in the US behind Starbucks and McDonalds, with double-digit growth each of the last number of years. CFA has always looked to Coke as a "business mentor" to help them with all facets of their business strategy and incredible growth. Sr. Growth Manager, Chick-fil-A

This Sr. Growth Manager position is responsible for our Headquarters call point with Chick-fil-A's vast network of Marketing and Menu associates. These are key points in our relationship with CFA as we partner with them to pioneer for GROWTH. CFA is a rapidly growing company and they are looking to us to partner with them on big bets for 2030 and beyond.

This role will lead the relationship with the EVP level and other key leaders across several Marketing functions at HQ.

This position will play a critical role in setting the multi-year marketing strategy with CFA and then making it come to life through annual joint business planning, development of growth strategies, marketing and menu innovation, and digital programming. In addition, this role will manage relationships with brands, R&D, assets, and other internal and external constituents to support customer programming and shared learning opportunities throughout the year. We are looking for a highly strategic, collaborative, innovative and results-driven marketing leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, digital mindset and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, servant leader who has broad cross functional experience and can manage a high degree of complexity.

The Sr. Growth Manager will have accountability for the development and execution of Customer and Channel specific marketing plans. Working in close partnership with an experienced Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance team, he/she will find new opportunities to deliver growth for our customer by creating custom, breakthrough initiatives that complement the customer's own brand identity and voice. The SCGM will be committed to integrating themselves with our customer by building relationships based on trust and value delivered at all levels within our customers' organization.

Responsibilities:
• Activate The Coca-Cola Company System to develop and implement business solutions that meet our customer's needs (within the beverage category and beyond the valve) and that drive beverage category profit and volume, contributing to overall sales growth for the customers' entire business. Creatively bring customer solutions to life, pioneering end to end innovation.
• Develop, execute and analyze customer-specific marketing programs and/or extensions of CFA's national programs.
• Construct & Deliver annual marketing calendar that shape and contribute to customer's long-term planning process, as well as conducting customer marketing stewardship reviews with the customer.
• Host key strategic meetings (e.g. KO Lab and associated preparations with presentations, insights, briefing documents, SMEs etc.).
• Ideal candidate would be a fearless and effective networker and connector inside of the Coke system of resources (CFA expects to tap into value added resources deeply and at the highest levelsperson doesn't need to be an expert at all things but must be able to plug all the capability/value of Coca-Cola and our ecosystem into Chick-fil-A).
• Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders as relevant to the needs of the total portfolio. Become integrated in various projects and sub-teams within CFA.
• Identify the appropriate tools and resources to support the strategic, operating and personal needs of the partner's business; align support with internal stakeholders including Brand, Innovation and Strategy teams.
• Review items for approval (e.g., merchandise, packaging, marketing programs, e-commerce, point-of-sale, advertising, etc.) by using brand/legal/creative/quality assurance guidelines in order to enhance the brand image, protect The Company and comply with contractual obligations to third parties (e.g., licensors, rights-holders).
• Identify the need for additional customer marketing research (consumer, customer or channel) as appropriate.
• Enable work efforts of his/her team to ensure integration and completion of work against expectations (includes eliminating barriers, identifying capability building opportunities, best practice sharing, thought leadership, etc.).
• Customer Value Creation capabilities.
• Experience in cultivating and navigating complex customer relationships (broad and deep).
• Practice continuous improvement and agile management practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Technical Skills Required:
• Customer Focus: Making customers (external and internal) and their needs a primary focus of one's actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships; creating and executing plans and solutions in collaboration with the customer.
• Trend Analysis: Knowledge of and ability to gather, interpret and apply multiple consumer/industry insights and trends used in the development of marketing strategies and programs.
• Strategic & Specialized Marketing as determined by the customer/partner: i.e. Knowledge of and ability to apply traditional and digital media marketing, menu mix, international market activation, innovation, R&D
• Strong Visioning, Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving skills.
• The ability to understand opportunities in a big-picture context, set priorities, and create a well-considered roadmap to reach the desired destination (e.g. innovative solutions, growing transactions, driving incidence, etc.) while continuing to position Coca-Cola as the best business partner.
• Other Considerations: Desirable traits to fit CFA culture would include: a humble confidence, the patience to influence in a methodical and thorough environment, an ability to diplomatically work across a gentile organization, and a deeply relational personality.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent work experience
• 5-7 Years Strategic Sales Experience
• Consulting with customer as a beverage category partner to provide K&I, share best practices, innovative beverage ideas, and influence decision making around F&B and marketing initiatives
• Work closely with customer and internal teams to identify innovative beverage incidence driving solutions and implement.

Location - Atlanta, GA; May be required to be at CFA's Support Center a few times per week.

Travel - Approximately 20%
