Sr. Regional Marketing Manager
SailPoint is seeking a dynamic, creative Sr. Regional Marketing Manager to join the growing Americas Marketing team! The ideal Sr. Regional Marketing Manager will be an excellent collaborator, communicator and has a proven track record for successfully managing programs from end-to-end.
This self-starting demand gen pro will be responsible for designing and executing an integrated marketing plan to generate pipeline to capture, nurture and close new business while accelerating existing pipeline opportunities for the Central region of the United States. Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning:
Collaborate with key stakeholders in sales, marketing (including Account Based Marketing, Campaigns, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing & Corporate Events) to develop and execute the integrated marketing plans for the US - West region in order to achieve pipeline and revenue targets. - Programs:
Create and manage an integrated demand generation program, targeting prospects with strong pre and post-program engagement. Sample activities include: SailPoint-led, third-party, webinars, virtual experience, digital advertising and other integrated campaign elements. - Communications:
Responsible for developing regional buzz & adoption of marketing programs. Maintain ongoing communications with peers and leadership to share best practices, concerns and areas for improvement. - Result Tracking:
Meet and exceed quarterly metric goals. Take accountability to analyze metrics of each program managed continuously to have a clear understanding of what is working and what is not to help guide future investments. Ability to spot trends and share opportunities for optimization & collaboration, a plus. Track lead flow and marketing funnel progress for all activities, using insights to continuously improve processes and alignment with sellers. - Logistics:
Responsible for ensuring all components for successful execution are in place including prep calls and coordination of speakers, staffing, agendas, shipments, creative, giveaways, booth properties etc., Research, select, negotiate, and manage external vendor and agency relationships. - Administrative & Budget:
Be mindful and vigilant of budget tracking and reporting on program spend. Process expenses in a timely manner and follow SailPoint guidelines. Research future activities, brainstorm on new ideas, help submit call for papers and collect information to improve our marketing plan. Provide inputs for marketing leadership meetings, newsletters, calendars etc., as requested.
Requirements:
- 7+ years' of demand gen field marketing or partner marketing experience and/or marketing program management experience (security software experience a plus).
- Exceptional project management, organizational, interpersonal and decision-making skills with an ability to perform in a high-energy growing matrixed organization.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven experience using Salesforce; experience with Marketo, 6Sense, Pathfactory, Zoom Webinar & Tableau are a plus
- Is self-aware and passionate about their performance and development
- Turns challenges into opportunities and willing to take initiative to problem solve
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications discipline preferred
- When appropriate, ability and willingness to travel
