Job Summary

Job Summary

Develop go-to-market strategy for service offerings and partnerships, including positioning, bundling and marketing plans for mandatory and optional resident services such as smart home, filter delivery, pest control, lawn care and more, as well as development of exclusive partner offers and program.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop consumer-facing messaging concepts and bundling of services to drive resident engagement and adoption
  • Use data research to uncover consumer insight and create go-to-market strategy for new business ideas
  • Work closely with other departments including ancillary product/service team, consumer insights, brand strategy and activation teams, and operations
  • Develop omni-channel Marketing plans for each service or partnership to drive adoption and satisfaction
  • Lead cross-functionally, including launching services across the organization in conjunction with Operations and training
  • Business Development and negotiation on direct-to-consumer brand partnerships, and development of exclusive resident offerings
  • Embody core values of excellence and genuine care as well as drive and passion for the customer journey and experience
  • Set metrics, track and report. Present plans, develop decks, communicate to Operations and Executive teams.


Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field of study. Master's Degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing planning activation
  • Experience with product and service-line marketing helpful
  • Integrated or omni-channel marketing planning and/or event experience helpful

  • Creative marketer, ability to develop comprehensive omni-channel marketing plans
  • Flexible, fluid thinker; can manage in the gray and has ability to pivot
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to conduct presentations or speak in public
  • Ability to effectively communicate and partner with executives and senior level leaders
  • Builds strategic relationships with diverse work groups; excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder mindset
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Willing to go above and beyond while taking ownership of needs that exist
  • Serve as a problem-solver and embrace change
  • Possess strong sense of urgency; ability to effectively manage multiple priorities consistently meet deadlines
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Experience leading a small team of professionals
  • Effectively coach, train and develop team members
  • Strong business and analytical skills
  • Ability to make quick and effective decisions

  • Ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basis; Overtime may be required for this position.


Physical and Mental Demands

This position will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers. The position may also entail light lifting of supplies and materials occasionally, up to and including 20 pounds in addition to reaching, stooping, standing, and walking. This position requires the ability to talk, hear, compare, compute, compile, copy, analyze, coordinate, synthesize, negotiate and communicate. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individual with disabilities to perform the essential job functions.

Work Environment

Standard office working environment that may be busy and noisy at times.
