About the Role:

As the Sr. Director Enterprise Marketing Operations, you will focus on the strategy, design, execution and operations of Windstream Enterprise's lead management processes, marketing databases, marketing automation solutions, and performance tracking to plan, report, and conduct analysis. The Director Enterprise Marketing Operations is agile and has a passion for data, metrics, and reporting.

The Director Enterprise Marketing Operations also excels in operations that facilitate scalability, predictability, and efficiency of marketing operations.

This role requires constant collaboration with various teams across the business including Enterprise Product Management and Development, Enterprise Sales, Pricing and Offer Management, Sales Operations, and all other functional areas within the Enterprise Marketing team.

This is an engaging and hands-on role and the Sr. Director Enterprise Marketing Operations, reporting to the VP of Strategic Marketing, is an individual who excels while operating at the strategic and the tactical level.

This role is highly visible and will have direct interaction with Windstream's C-Suite executive team as well as executives across the industry.

This role is a full0time, remote working position with less than 25% travel.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead a team of 5+ seasoned marketing professionals managing the marketing technology stack and executing brand awareness and demand generation campaigns
  • Analyze data and historical trends to provide early insights into best practices and new trends that support data quality across marketing metrics and operations
  • Responsible for the management of ongoing key marketing systems such as Marketo, Outreach, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Boost.ai and others while leading the integration with the Sales and Sales Operations teams
  • Plays an active role in the enhancement of all marketing operations to facilitate and optimize effective lead generation, nurturing, and implementation
  • Develops and drives the marketing database strategies and execution in relation to enterprise growth, segmentation, data cleanliness and completeness
  • Plays a critical role in driving sales and ensuring proper management of marketing alignment initiatives and processes that will support exceptional lead management, enhanced data quality, and improved lead quality
  • Manages all marketing operations programs with the focus of enabling efficient lead scoring, campaign tracking, lead management, database health, targeting, segmentation strategies, and alignment with sales initiatives - in order to build the pipeline for Sales to action and win
  • Create and manage key marketing metrics and reporting that measures the performance of the marketing team as a whole
  • Responsible for the management of marketing reporting of day-to-day campaign activities, reporting from basic campaign tracking to attribution models
  • Provides ad-hoc analyses and insights on all ongoing marketing activities
  • Provides senior leaders with ongoing analysis reports related to marketing investments, actively monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the status of marketing initiatives, program ROI, consumer acquisition, consumer retention, and activity
  • Prepares and presents key marketing KPI insights and data on relevant marketing operations to the senior marketing operations management and executive marketing personnel
  • Works closely with the Sales, Sales Operations and Product Management teams to ensure optimal exploitation of the marketing budget in achieving targeted sales and revenue outcomes
  • Creation and management of marketing campaign process for the purpose of driving leads from both customers and prospective customers
  • Encourage company-wide success through active and consistent support of all efforts to simplify and enhance the client experience
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements
Do You Have?

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 10 years related professional-level experience
  • 5 years leadership experience In Marketing or Marketing Operations
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of paid media tools such as Google AdWords, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn etc.
  • Ability to present to large audiences
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of various marketing technology tools including: Marketo, Outreach, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Boost.ai and others
  • Deep interest in conducting quantitative analyses and forecasting program results
  • Proven experience and expertise in CRM solutions and marketing automation
  • Expertise in lead scoring, ROI, leading volume trends and forecasting
  • Demonstrated ability to perform analysis on marketing KPIs (e.g. reach, CTR) to identify insights to optimize performance

  • Marketing or Sales leadsership experience in telecommunications, IT, software or related technology sectors
  • Experience communicating to and collaborating with large Sales organizations
