Client Marketing
The Client Marketing role is responsible for development and execution of strategic campaigns in partnership with Marketing and Distribution colleagues aimed at acquiring, developing and retaining clients. By utilizing traditional as well as dynamic methods, such as client segmentation, marketing automation, digital and social methods, they aim to execute multi-faceted campaigns that deliver high-quality leads to the sales organization. This job supervises a team of professional level employees and sets goals and objectives for team members to ensure the achievement of department results.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Leads strategy development and delivery of Go-To-Market plans for client segments and executes deliverables against plan.
- Establishes and maintains strong working relationships and collaboration with sales organization and business partners.
- Owns journey mapping for their respective audience segmentation - including catalogue, prioritization, planning and execution, including the strategic objectives & goals, priorities, stakeholders, target audience (segments), channels, products and processes, and creates the project plan for the journey.
- Responsible for campaign planning, development and execution in partnership with Sales and functional marketing team members.
- Develops appropriate departmental measurements and key performance indicators (KPIs) based on overall business goals.
- Provides tactical and custom marketing support aligned with Client marketing support model in partnership with functional areas of marketing.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead the execution of consumer activation programs that drive consideration, engagement and results oriented outcomes. Develops marketing strategies that are insight based (both qualitative and quantitative) to craft marketing briefs and lead the delivery of Go-To-Market plans across audience segments
- Leads cross functional teams and works across business units to deliver overall go to market strategic plan and roadmap. Collaborates with cross functional teams to develop value proposition, target audience (segments), product areas, insights (qualitative and quantitative), test plans, marketing campaigns, campaign execution across on and off line channels
- Develops and responsible for departmental measurements and key performance indicators (KPIs) based on overall business goals. Responsible for departmental budget, allocation, and measurable outcomes, results, and ROI.
- Establishes and maintains strong working relationships and collaboration across key business partners, including sales, product, and digital teams
Required Qualifications:
- Five plus years of experience in Marketing and/or Financial Services
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading and executing go-to-market strategies for consumers/financial services, lifecycle marketing, performance marketing, and/or participant marketing, etc
- Strategic leader and thinker with a focus on customer centricity and results-driven outcomes
- Exceptional at storytelling and the ability to gain buy-in, influence and present strategies and recommendations across the organization including Product, Sales and Digital teams
- Demonstrated experience in leading and executing innovative campaigns across on and off line marketing channels and experiences, including but not limited to paid social, search, programmatic, OTT, linear, audio, etc
- Build trust, credibility and strong relationships with internal/external customers and team members
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast paced, cross-functional, changing environment
- Seasoned relationship builder able to establish effective partnerships at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated understanding of marketplace, competitive landscape and regulatory environment
- Successful experience in developing and implementing strategic plans, forecasting and obtaining objectives in a metrics driven environment
- Proven ability to influence the development of effective creative concepts and marketing strategies
- Strong project management skills in Work front, JIRA, Seismic or any other similar platforms
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Abode or any type of utilization or email service provider
- Experience leading , mentoring and coaching a team
Base Pay Range: $123,800/yr. - $206,300/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
