What You’ll Do
The Sr. Digital Marketing Manager will drive Veritone’s online customer acquisition efforts by managing our digital advertising strategy, executing and managing campaigns, optimizing landing pages and using analytics to measure, refine and optimize campaign performance. Channels/tactics include, but are not limited to, search engine marketing/PPC, ABM, retargeting, paid social and affiliate advertising. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who knows how to collaborate with internal marketing colleagues, other Veritone departments and SEM/SEO partners.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Manage all digital channels to drive acquisition, conversions and awareness.
- Build and deliver multi-channel digital campaigns (paid social, display, search) to reach our target audiences and drive business results.
- Continually monitor and maximize campaign ROI through multivariate testing and optimize copy, creative and audience targeting.
- Manage channel spend and budget process to meet growth and ROI targets, including monthly forecasts and reporting.
- Measure, test, analyze and report on results for optimization and continuous improvements. Accountable for monitoring, optimization, and ROI across all channels and campaigns.
- Drive growth – strategize new opportunities and experiments to drive long-term, sustainable growth.
- Monitor and evaluate Web analytics dashboards and reports. Manage analytics systems, including Google Analytics.
- Play a key role in reviewing and enhancing tools and technology to improve tracking, attribution, audience segmentation and reporting.
- Assist with the ongoing improvements to the user interface and experience on veritone.com by partnering with the writers and UI designers within Marketing.
What You'll Need
SKILLS
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including channel knowledge in SEM/PPC, SEO, display, paid social, affiliate marketing, video, etc.
- Solid background in executing digital account-based marketing (ABM) tactics via display and paid social
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their respective audiences (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and drive conversions.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, ideally in software or technology
- Management of project, budget and resources to support success and efficiency
- Proven experience working on Marketing Programs or Demand Creation teams executing programs to drive pipeline and revenue
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in marketing or Business
- Familiarity with SiriusDecisions demand creation models and frameworks a plus
- Artificial intelligence software market experience a plus
