Sr. Communications Manager, Employee Experience

We are looking for a talented communications professional who understands the power of communication in enabling individuals, teams and companies to perform at their very best.

You're sort of addicted to multimedia communications and want to use it to elevate communications and deliver excellence to our employees.

You'll be responsible for lots of things; here are few of the most important ones

• Providing counsel and communications support to senior leaders, managers, and cross-functional partners to promote frequent, open communications and incorporate employee considerations into planning of all major team/segment initiatives, events and announcements.
• Working with subject matter experts to create and execute internal communications plans to connect employees to the purpose and priorities of the business. This includes synthesizing business language and complex information into clear, relevant messages and writing and editing with clarity of purpose, intent and broad perspective for a variety of audiences.
• Supporting all aspects of strategy development and execution for employee communication and engagement events and activities (e.g. quarterly briefings, all-hands meetings, engagement events).
• Consistently looking for ways to enhance existing processes for greater efficiency and existing communication vehicles for greater effectiveness and impact.
• Creating and implementing systems of measurement and integrating results into future communications.
• Managing two communications specialists.

You'll be considered a good fit if you have

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations or equivalent
• 7+ years of experience within communications, marketing, media relations (some event planning experience is a plus)
• Exceptional organization and project management skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Initiative, accountability and flexibility in pursuing assignments
• Strong relationship building skills and able to collaborate with partners at varying job levels
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in managing corporate social media
• Experience directly and indirectly managing others
