An Insider's view of Encamp

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

As a working parent, I’ve greatly appreciated the flexibility and understanding when I’ve needed to adjust my schedule, sometimes at the last minute, due to family needs. Due to the pandemic, that has included keeping my kids home, which was very challenging to balance with work, but everyone was incredibly understanding and supportive.

Alia McCord

Organizational Experience and Events Manager

What projects are you most excited about?

I am honored to be part of an incredible smart-minded company that thrives on making a difference. One of our current projects is to improve our user interface, enhancing both developer and user experience. We are committed to producing more reliable software and making it accessible to various devices and users.

Jason Yeh

Sr. Software Engineer

What are some things you learned at the company?

While onboarding at Encamp, I learned more about the technology we offer. Behind our software is a beating heart- a customer obsessed team ready to help in any way that we can! Even though I don't "see" my team every day, we're here for each other remotely, bolstering a culture that is driven to work hard to support our customers and each other!

Daria Richline

Customer Acquisition Team

How do you empower your team to be more creative?

Only they can define what creativity means to them. Understanding their individual unique skills and finding ways for them to shine both within their function & the larger Encampus. Allocating a percentage of all Encamper's roles to a passion project helps to show we value their interest and growth, and in the end makes them better teammates.

Britteny Soto

Director of JEDI, Talent Acquisition & Enablement

How has your career grown since starting at the company?

Encamp has presented tools, challenges, and wins that have unleashed my potential. I’ve been able to make an impact on various departments, revealing to me a versatility within myself. The journey from a small office to a national company has empowered me. My career trajectory is on a path I couldn’t have imagined, because of Encamp.
