As a Specialist, Social Media & Communications Management, you will develop and create lightweight digital content for client brands where creative solutions will be applied at a real time pace. You will have deep working knowledge of interactive and social media spaces and have advanced skills in graphic design and motion graphics, as well as the ability to autonomously work with client, legal, strategists, other Creative, Account, Direct and PR teams to create effective work in digital spaces.

Primary Responsibilities• Design and execute online communications with excellent design capabilities, a complete understanding of interactive space, and user experience empathy• Exercise quality control of digital recommendations and executions• Operate with a degree of autonomy by receiving project assignments, completing on time, understanding direction, and applying feedback• Collaborate effectively with Digital Strategy & Content Specialists, internal and external teams, clients, and vendor partners• Positively influence decisions for the benefit of creative work and the brand• Stay current on trends and technology in the digital/mobile/social space, and understand their application to client business• Collaborate and share knowledge for the betterment of the idea and/or project• Help guide best practices• Direct photographers, illustrators, and other outside vendors from concept through production to ensure a high-quality final output

Basic Requirements• Bachelor's degree or 5 years equivalent experience required• 1+ years of experience working in the digital space• Experience with in-house content design team or creative agency preferred
