Role overview

Accolade, is a personalized healthcare and benefits solution that dramatically improves the experience, outcomes and cost of healthcare for employers, health plans and their members. The marketing team is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will be data-driven and have proven success managing both paid search and paid social marketing and digital advertising campaigns. The Digital Marketing Specialist will create new campaigns and own bid management and optimization that supports marketing strategy and programs. The keys to success in this role is the ability to manage multiple campaigns across several channels. Position is located in Seattle.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Specialist:

  • Collaborate cross functionally with member and demand program marketing team members to achieve project goals
  • Create and deploy new campaigns (PPC, paid social, display, remarketing) utilizing web and desktop platforms
  • Develop keyword lists and ad copy for paid search campaigns
  • Develop and deploy paid social campaigns to support member engagement and customer aquistion to goal targets
  • Proactively identify and implement campaign improvements and optimizations
  • Create and manage member audiences to reach engagement goals of our customers
  • Develop and track ad performance with a framework mindset across digital publishers and ad networks
  • Create campaign and other digital reporting to illustrate digital program efficacy
  • Monitor new trends in search and other digital advertising to make recommendations for marketing and the business
  • Manage new digital advertising cross functional projects and campaigns from initiation to completion
  • Work with the business stakeholders to define expectation, calendar timelines and deliverables of campaign flight dates

Qualifications

What the Successful Digital Marketing Specialist will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 2-3 yr experience managing Google and Microsoft paid search campaigns
  • 2-3 yr experience managing Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn paid social campaigns
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or other third-party analytics and optimization tools
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office other digital marketing tools that enable digital marketing success
  • Excellent communications skills to support monthly and quarterly performance reporting
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, high degree of professionalism, and strong attention to detail
  • Must have the ability to multitask and work within firm deadlines
  • Experience with SEO/competitive analytics tools for keyword research a plus
  • Agency/client experience preferred
