Role overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist within Accolade's Member Engagement Team will be responsible for coordinating and executing member campaigns for our clients that are designed to increase member awareness and utilization of the Accolade services. The digital marketing specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating with client success partners, implementation project managers, operations specialists and production partners to execute member engagement campaigns accurately and timely.
The qualified candidate will be a highly-organized and creative individual - with a keen attention to details - who works well in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment, and someone who can adapt to change quickly.
A day in the life...
• Partner and collaborate with internal stakeholders, including client success partners, implementation project managers, operations specialists and more - to coordinate and execute member engagement campaigns (launch, ongoing awareness and custom) to support EMO services engagement goals and objectives.
• Plan, Execute, Track, and Messure ongoing and future Campaigns.
• Manage the configuration of campaign templates and trackers to support the unique aspects of our customers EMO services.
• Manage new customer member-facing communications, including configuring digital assets; conduct proofing/quality assurance, and coordinate with print and digital production partners to ensure timely delivery to member audience.
• Coordinate general awareness campaign opt-ins, configuration and execution.
• Utilize project management skills to consistently deliver projects on time and meeting expectations.
• Stay up to date on consumer marketing and communications best practices, and ways they can be applied to our business.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders ensure successful project/campaign execution.
What we are looking for...
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications/Similar
• 2-3 years Digital Marketing experience with emphasis on Large Scale Execution. Healthcare/system, wellness programs or insurance experience is a plus.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other email marketing platforms.(Constant Contact, HubSpot, etc.)
• Experience with Email template builders such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klayvo, Braze or Constant Contact.
• Strong project management skills, including organizing, prioritizing and tracking all phases of a project; ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of member/employee communications best practices and ways to use both traditional and non-traditional marketing methods to reach targeted individuals
• Highly organized, self-directed, fast-learner and resourceful
• Strong communication, analytical and copywriting skills; excellent attention to detail
• Creative thinker with the ability to solve problems, collaborate in a team environment and adapt to change quickly.
