The Position

Solutions Marketing Manager, Mental Health

 

What We Need

The Kareo Solutions Marketer is a champion of discovering how to effectively communicate the value of Kareo’s products to ‘Mental Health’’ prospects and customers. You will help drive Kareo’s growth by owning the solutions marketing experience across our Mental Health segment portfolio, a top revenue driver for the company. This portfolio includes formation products for those starting a business along with products that help our customers operate and scale their businesses successfully. You will collaborate with cross-functional departments to design, develop, launch, and grow our services and customer base. 

You are creative, strategic, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong communication, relationship building and project management skills. As an accomplished solutions marketer, you have experience partnering with product managers and large cross-functional teams to bring products/services to life. You pride yourself in thinking like our consumers and you have a track record for delivering insights-driven marketing plans that produce excellent business results.

Your Area of Focus

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our buyers, and then turn that messaging into collateral, sales enablement materials, and campaigns
  • Partner with our product team to drive the messaging and positioning of respective features, products, and offering that impact our ‘Direct Practice’ (ICP- Ideal Client Profile)
  • Collect product user stories to be used across the organization in conjunction with Client Advocacy.
  • Collaborate with the Operations and Product teams to develop automated onboarding and activation sequences.
  • Market intelligence—be the expert on our customers, including the problems and desired outcomes for both buyer and user personas.
  • Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, optimize campaigns and programs accordingly, and report back to the business on required changes.
  • Understand and support our sales channels; develop internal and external collateral and train them on how and when to use it.

 

Your Professional Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Solutions/Product Marketing experience or Portfolio/Program Management exposure 
  • B2B SaaS Experience Preferred, Healthcare technology experience a plus
  • Ability to craft compelling positioning, thought leadership content, and a range of marketing assets including on-message product demos and sheets
  • Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision making, experience setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics
  • Outstanding organizational, communication (verbal/presentation/written), and people skills
  • Able to juggle multiple demands on your time and workload
  • Strong communication and writing skills, team player with ability to work across multiple business lines with cross functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
