We are seeking a Social Media Strategist to join our fast-paced, global team and cross collaborate with our development teams and product stakeholders. You will act as a community manager on social channels and be the voice of our company via online advocacy. In addition to this:

You Will...

  • Write, create, curate, publish and manage content (image, video, written, and audio) on company social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency through tone, look, and feel.
  • Develop and maintain social publishing editorial calendar in alignment with brand and demand gen marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to specify, develop, and implement social media aspects of integrated marketing campaigns, including a combination of organic, paid, and boosted tactics.
  • Apply understanding of the sales process to build the social lead pipeline and ensure campaign tracking is in place to monitor source attribution.
  • Regularly measure, report on, and refine tactics based on KPIs such as reach, engagement, sentiment, and conversions.
  • Act as community manager on social channels, responding to public and private comments and questions on organic and paid posts in a timely manner on behalf of the company or from an individual persona.
  • Document and implement reputation management protocols for social media.
  • Maintain up-to-date company profiles on social channels that adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Administer social platform account security, passwords, and access in conjunction with marketing operations.
  • Maintain knowledge of changing standards for content specifications across social media platforms (such as word counts, graphics dimensions, etc.) to ensure that all assets are optimized.
  • Leverage social listening tools to gain insights on industry, competitor, and customer persona behaviors and recommend strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor trends in social media, benchmark performance against best practices and make recommendations on channel strategy.
  • Represent company through online advocacy by engaging in relevant industry dialogues across social media, and support public relations by building industry relationships, including relevant media and analysts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain guidelines for employee social media use.
  • Maintain familiarity with key product features and updates and clearly communicate competitive differentiation.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external agencies.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience writing, creating, curating, publishing, and managing content on company social media platforms
  • Experience developing and maintaining social publishing editorial calendars
  • A passion for process improvement
