HDR's Strategic Communications team is seeking a creative self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, team environment. A successful candidate will have experience with developing social media content, managing social media platforms, and analyzing data and metrics. He/she will collaborate closely with the social media team at HDR and leaders across the organization to develop strategy, maintain social channels, understand current trends and industry developments, and improve client deliverables and experience. Duties include:
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Managing social media accounts on behalf of clients
  • Maintaining login, passwords and permissions granted for accounts and project pages
  • Formulating content strategy that meets client objectives and goals
  • Working with project teams to develop social media content that resonates
  • Implementing protocols and standards for social media campaigns from beginning to end including pre-launch, optimization, analytics and post-launch efforts
  • Analyzing data and providing report metrics on the outcome of digital marketing and social media efforts
  • Assisting with community management of client accounts
  • Acting as gatekeeper for visual identity and brand voice across managed channels
  • Conducting research to discover new trends and opportunities
  • Utilizing listening tools to track relevant conversations and contribute information/resources
  • Leveraging storytelling skills to deliver insights that are clear, concise and actionable

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a communication field and 2+ years of experience managing and executing social media channels and campaigns and implementing paid campaigns on various social media platforms. Experience in lieu of a formal degree will also be considered.
  • A passion for social media and digital communication
  • Experience with digital insights and analysis using a variety of analytics tools
  • Highly analytical and able to conceive which performance data is most relevant, source the data and analyze it to inform critical business decisions
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with all major social media platforms and good judgment on what makes attention-grabbing content for those audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to execute content strategy and storytelling across content formats

Prefered Qualifications
  • 4+ years managing social channels for a brand or organization
  • Experience with SEO Tools
  • Social media certifications
  • Transportation or engineering knowledge a plus
  • Graphic design or Photoshop experience a plus
