You'll be a member of RealPage's Corporate Marketing Team, whose members work directly with the strategists, campaign marketers, and the product marketing team and whose primary focus is to develop and execute omnichannel campaigns to achieve the business objectives.

As this team continues to stretch and evolve, you will have the opportunity to try new tactics, embrace new technologies, validate assumptions, and be part of the evolution of how we go to market and continue to demonstrate leadership in this space.

We are hiring a Social Media Marketing Manager to develop and execute our social media strategy. In this role, you will have the ability to develop, define and execute the social media strategy that aligns with our branding and campaign goals and enables us to engage customers in new and unique ways. You will work closely with the campaign marketers and subject matter experts to develop a meaningful and impactful social media strategy that aligns and enhances our overall marketing strategy. You will interact with customers and other stakeholders via RealPage's social media accounts, analyze the digital marketing plan, and work directly with the creative team to develop content and refine tactics based on performance.
  • Own the development and execution of RealPage's social media strategy and plan to increase brand awareness and engage with customers in unique and meaningful ways.
  • Analyze our digital marketing plan and social media strategy, identifying opportunities for improvements
  • Collaborate with campaign marketers, SMEs and the events team to align messaging and develop a holistic campaign plan that maximizes exposure and impact.
  • Interact with customers and other stakeholders via RealPage's social media accounts (paid and organic)
  • Research social media trends and provide recommendations to enhance our social media strategy
  • Monitor results and use performance information to optimize social media campaigns in real-time and inform future campaign plans
  • 8+ years marketing experience; real estate industry experience/knowledge is a plus.
  • 5+ years of direct experience using social media channels to maintain or build a brand
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience creating and delivering content that has driven interest and engagement in a company's brand or solutions
  • Solid planning and time-management skills; adept at balancing multiple assignments and deadlines.
  • Intuitive, responsive, and focused on driving results
  • Ability to clearly communicate results, key learnings, and areas of opportunities.
  • Must be a self-starter who can build good rapport with partners within the marketing team and in other departments. Ability to facilitate collaborative relationships with creative, video, digital, campaign marketers, events, and other teams to deliver campaigns on time.
  • High integrity, energy, and a desire to work in a results-oriented, fast growth environment
  • Bachelor's degree required. Degree in journalism or marketing a plus.
  • Industry Experience with B2B, SaaS or subscription-based technology companies and/or Real Estate Related Industry preferred
