As our Social Media Manager you’ll engage with our homebuyers to create authentic relationships through digital channels and drive brand advocacy at scale.


What You Will Do:

  • Grow our social platforms by creating engaging content
  • Manage social calendar, keeping regular cadence of relevant content
  • Create online content and curate user generated content that drives interest, engagement and learning for our audience
  • Manage relationships and improve reviews by promptly responding to comments
  • Monitor conversations across social media and address important mentions through engagement, escalation, or documentation
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across the business to integrate social initiatives with other marketing and business initiatives
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to identify relevant sponsorship and collaboration opportunities
  • Support event planning to engage our audiences in virtual and/or physical events
  • Analyze and report on the performance of social initiatives


What You Will Bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience growing an online audience through multiple social channels with demonstrated success
  • Good judgment coupled with the ability to authentically connect with customers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with attention to detail
  • Extensive familiarity with United States culture, slang, and socially accepted practices
  • Proven track record of managing social channels with numerous examples of projects you’ve spearheaded
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A growth mindset and curiosity in all things
  • Major plus: Experience in real estate 
  • Major plus: Experience with the Flyhomes business model and our audiences
