 About the Role 

iCapital is looking to hire a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team on a five-month contract. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing our social media platforms, creating compelling content, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering meaningful connections with our online community. 


Strategy Development:  

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with iCapital’s brand objectives and target audience.  
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure our social media presence remains innovative and relevant.  

Content Creation:  

  • Create engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms, including text and image.  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.  

Social Media Management:  

  • Manage and maintain our social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. 
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.  

Performance Analysis:  

  • Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and identify areas for improvement.  
  • Generate reports and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies and achieve measurable results.  

Brand Advocacy:  

  • Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining a strong understanding of our products, services, and values.  
  • Promote brand advocacy through social media initiatives and leverage user-generated content to enhance brand credibility.  

Trend Monitoring:  

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms.  
  • Identify opportunities for growth, engagement, and innovation to keep our brand at the forefront of social media marketing.  



  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field 
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role  
  • Proficient in utilizing social media management and analytics tools
  • Able to create compelling content across multiple platforms
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights 
  • Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of industry developments
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
  • Experience in finance, investment banking, or fintech is a plus 



The base salary range for this role is $35 to $50 hourly. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
