What You'll Do
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with iconic sports brands and universities in the Chicago and Milwaukee area in addition to many of our exciting sponsorships like The Salt Shed, The Magnificent Mile Lights Festival, the Chicago Auto Show, and more!

• Work with Sr. Social Media Strategist and Content team to execute on social media strategies and social media campaigns for multiple Wintrust entities.
• Oversee and manage incoming social media project requests from Social Media team, Marketing team, and stakeholders across the company.
• Actively monitor social media channels, engaging with relevant content, and responding to incoming queries and posts. Work with Compliance team and other bank teams to resolve customer queries when required.
• Assisting with planning and ideation of content. Maintain social media content calendar.
• Writing and editing post copy to ensure content is in Wintrust's brand voice
• Analyze social media metrics and report findings to various stakeholders

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
• Experience in writing engaging post copy for a variety of target audiences
• Experience managing projects across various stakeholders and departments
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing platforms such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar tools
• Experience in using project management tools such as Workfront, JIRA, Trello or similar platforms
• Experience in graphic design creation for social media
