What You'll Do:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to build brand awareness, drive supply and demand acquisition, and engage users through social channels.
- Grow the Crexi brand by simultaneously growing our following and acting as community manager, drawing insight from engagement and response to different campaigns.
- Determine the best balance of brand and product messaging in each channel to successfully reach revenue and profitability KPIs across supply and demand
- Creatively respond to social media outreach, driving response and generating conversation around CRE and relevant cultural topics
- Further develop the Crexi voice for LI and other social channels, partnering with content creators and utilizing our blog content to position Crexi as a thought leader in the industry
- Grow, test, and optimize social strategy with the goal of generating more qualified opportunities for our sales team
- Create and roll out an employee advocacy program
What It Takes To Succeed:
- Success will be measured by the overall business impact of your enablement solutions, collaboration across cross-functional teams, and deployment of a data-driven enablement framework.
- You are a team player who brings a "whatever it takes" attitude to succeed and further the goals of the company and the sales teams.
- Build a trusted partnership with stakeholder teams and a deep understanding of their respective businesses in order to discover the critical enablement needs
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services and Sales Ops.
- Data-Driven: Ability to use data to design and measure enablement
Who You Are:
- 4-5 years of social media marketing across channels
- Self-starter who owns their own success metrics and takes projects from start to finish, with daily optimization
- Highly creative but also process-oriented and data-driven
- Experience building a substantial social following for a brand
