SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media and Communications Coordinator to join our North American demand gen team, supporting our high growth targets by building an exciting community online around our brand and team members.
You will sit in our quickly growing demand generation team and be responsible for effectively engaging our target audience across several well established social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube. You will also work closely with the sales and executive teams to advise on their social media presence and help us build an online presence.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working closely with marketing and sales, define and implement our company social media strategy
  • Working closely with the field and creative teams, manage the creation and translation process of content pieces for our global team
  • Provide guidance and talking points for sales and executives for personal social posts
  • Track and report on key social media metrics and campaign success
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Manage and oversee social media content, working with creative team to ensure a regular stream of relevant content


Requirements
KEY COMPETENCIES:

  • Bachelors Degree - College degree or equivalent work experience in marketing or communications
  • 1-3 year's experience in social media or communications role, preferably in B2B
  • Social scheduling experience and software knowledge, i.e. Meetedgar experience is a plus
  • Proven experience driving growth of social media profiles and online presence
  • Ability to work with executives and sales team members to define talking points and provide guidance on social media best practices
  • Experiencing defining and reporting on social media and content KPIs
  • Ability to work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders on an international team
