We’re looking for someone with an insatiable curiosity who is eager to learn and take on new challenges. If you’re obsessed with social media, geek out over content performance, and like digging into online conversations to uncover insights, then we want to talk to you. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Mine for and cultivate conversation from online communities across all relevant platforms and digital channels
  • Develop POVs on how to participate in conversation around trends and timely cultural moments that resonate with clients’ customers and communities
  • Create and manage editorial calendars in collaboration with Media and Comms teams
  • Monitor competitors as well as organic performance to inform reporting and optimizations
  • Develop social listening reports that provide qualitative analysis around brand sentiment and community feedback
  • Proactively publish content via client communication channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
  • Contribute to content brief development and participate in content kick off workshops
  • Develop reports and work with Supervisor to proactively elevate insights and opportunities.
  • Help coordinate and manage live events and brand activations
  • Stay up to date on new social media platforms, ad offerings, content publishers, tools, trends and best practices
  • Participate in brainstorms and facilitate when appropriate

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years of professional social media experience, agency experience preferred
  • Creative problem solver with strong critical thinking skills to manage the unknown
  • Proven experience managing a brand’s social channels and measuring success
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, both written and oral
  • Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize and be adaptable to change
  • Ability to collaborate with content creators
  • Impeccable attention to detail
