Who we seek:

A passionate, curious, and dynamic social community manager to drive our community engagement strategy and execution.  

You’ll act as the voice, tone, and moderator of the brand through community support, content distribution, and digital engagement to build brand presence and trust, both online and in-person. 

You’re ambitious, have a love of social media and communication, love to iterate and test to see what will work even better than last time, like to take creative approaches to problem solving, and want an opportunity to make an impact and be the voice of BigID.

What you’ll do:

  • Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
  • Respond to comments and discussions in industry groups 
  • Drive relationships with influencers, subject matter experts, journalists, and partners
  • Create a social strategy that aligns audiences, objectives, and new tactics
  • Create and execute a calendar of proactive community content that mixes core brand message, marketing campaigns, company news, and topical events
  • Find new content and engagement opportunities by staying in tune with the always-evolving industry
  • Encourage employee engagement on social networks
  • Report regularly on progress against key metrics including followers, engagement, campaign performance and efficiency.
  • Develop ideas for compelling social content that engages our audience, grows our community, and inspires action. Collaborate with internal and external partners to bring these ideas to life.

What you’ll bring:

  • Passion for and experience with social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube) and exploring new channels and formats
  • Technology savvy with 2+ years' experience with expertise in social media, content, and creative.
  • A "no task too small" mentality, you’re comfortable getting into the detail and driving projects forward with a collaborative spirit and making things happen
  • A track record of rapidly scaling strategies and experiments that drive revenue in a fast-growing organization
  • Ability to accurately scope work, estimate effort and produce deliverables within established timelines.
  • Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple work streams at one time in a fast-paced environment 
  • Creative individual and enthusiastic self-starter focused on delivering results.
