The Opportunity

This role conducts regular reporting on the success of account and contact building processes and should feel comfortable sharing this information with leadership.

The ideal candidate will love working with data and have a strong background in research and analysis. This position works cross-functionally with sales representatives and other members of the marketing team to understand ideal customer profiles and improve list segmentation. 

This is an entry level position and is a great opportunity for new graduates looking to build their resume or for those with existing work experience looking to develop their career in sales and marketing.

We are much more than our job descriptions, but here’s where you will begin….

Execute marketing program builds based on templates 
Execute core “run-the-business” performance reporting & make recommendations based on data
Maintain dashboards and metrics of target account growth and hygiene.
Monitor target lists and views to ensure proper segmentation / optimization of account-based initiatives
Manage/oversee third party vendors.
Maintain regular metrics and present them to leadership teams.

Who are you? (Qualifications)

Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Marketo, etc.
Familiarity with list building tools such as ZoomInfo, LeadIQ, Lusha etc.
Familiarity with B2B marketing preferably in the SMB space.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
A strong background in e-commerce and retail merchandising
3-5+ years of B2B demand generation experience in SaaS and/or e-commerce, retail
Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend down to the most granular details while providing roll-up reporting to senior management
Strong analytical skills and ability to make commercially impactful recommendations based on the data
The ability to partner with global professionals
