We are looking for a results-oriented Service Provider Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment to help accelerate marketing efforts with our strategic Service Provider partnerships in North America. The Service Provider Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing marketing programs to increase awareness and drive demand, in support of our strategic business priorities and growth objectives.
Your Impact
Marketing Planning & Execution
Develop, refine and implement a quarterly/six month marketing plan with distinct strategic SP focus areas and tactical activities
Partner Relations: building relationships deep & wide within the partner
Use planning template to communicate six month/quarterly plans to SP leadership via QBRs and other planning sessions
Ensure marketing programs & tactics delivered on time, within budget, meeting ROI expectations/forecast
Should be comfortable working with cross functional teams to develop marketing plans
Elevate Demand & Pipeline Generation
Focus on executing impactful campaigns
Foster creativity and find new ways to market with partner teams
Work towards 35%+ partner contribution to pipeline and bookings for SP partners
Drive new logo acquisition and refresh opportunities via marketing campaigns & initiatives
Communicate quarterly marketing contribution to pipeline metrics to Sales teams
Marketing Quarterback
Act as the marketing “connector” for SP Partner Sales team
Coordinate with speedboats to communicate strategic focus areas and manage event and digital execution
Provide weekly marketing updates to key Sales stakeholders via weekly calls and email communications
Your Experience
8+ years Marketing Experience, including 3+ years working with Service Providers or similar partner programs.
Good communication (written and verbal), reporting, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated pipeline impact of partnerships and programs an advantage.
Ability to work in a highly cross-functional environment to drive outcome-based plans, programs, and execution.
Experience with SFDC, Allocadia, and G Suite are a plus
Understanding of cyber security and its role in the future of technology.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar, or equivalent relevant work experience.
