Job Description:
Pluralsight is looking for a dedicated SEO Analyst to help expand the reach of our technology skills platform. With our mission to democratize technology learning, this is a key role to help both businesses and individuals find and gain access to the online learning platform that helps transform and expand their technology and creative skills. This person will play a key role in implementing and assisting with our global organic strategy for all Pluralsight owned properties!
The SEO Analyst will be joining a team of seasoned digital marketing professionals who together have built a world class digital marketing engine at Pluralsight. Cross-channel functionality and knowledge is helpful as this person will be assisting our Digital Experience team, Content teams, Brand Marketing teams, Product teams and more. The ideal candidate will have a hunger to test, expand and achieve. Experience in B2B strategies is especially valued.
Who you're committed to being:

  • Data driven SEO with proven track record of ROI-based strategies and tactics
  • 2-5 years of demonstrated ability in Enterprise B2B/B2C SEO
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills required
  • Strong analytic skills with experience in specific platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics (Omniture), Tableau, Domo etc
  • Self-starter with an ability to lead and manage multiple projects from beginning to end
  • Flexibility to work in a constantly evolving environment required
  • Self-directed personality that can prioritize multiple functions and tasks as needed
  • Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS is required, experience with Adobe Experience Manager is a plus
  • Experience with organic social (Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter etc) is a plus
  • You know who John Mueller is


|What you'll own:

  • SEO project/campaign conceptualization, creation, implementation and reporting for both onsite and offsite initiatives
  • Full SEO support for both B2B and B2C teams
  • Content expansion and keyword opportunity research by vertical and persona
  • SEO Campaign reporting: Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reporting of not just rankings and traffic but LTV/CAC and more
  • Content creation and optimization for both existing and new content
  • Project management with internal and external teams with heavy emphasis on coordination and execution
  • Creation of new testing opportunities by bringing more content outside the paywall


Experience you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Communications/Business Management is preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience running SEO/Organic search campaigns at the enterprise level
  • Familiarity with the standard SEO toolset (Google Analytics, Search Console, Moz, Ahrefs, Conductor, Adwords, Adobe Analytics and more)
  • Clear communicator with strong executive-facing written and verbal skills
  • Experience with social media strategies and best practices
