Our Animal Health Marketing team is passionate about bringing our medicines, vaccines, and educational programs to our customers around the world. We are seeking a Senior Web Marketing Specialist to create, optimize, and manage web properties across our company's Animal Health .
As part of the Integrated Customer Experience team, you will play a key role in supporting the transformation of the customer engagement and marketing model for Animal Health at our company.
You will achieve this by evaluating, transforming, and continuously improving our web strategy (including web, mobile, app, integrations) and operating model. Effective planning and executional excellence will support our mission to drive customer engagement, optimized user experience, and improved conversion rates. You will create value for our customers and brands by delivering a superior customer experience while improving our organization's digital maturity.
A key objective of your role will be to strategically evolve our web marketing strategy, efficiently manage and execute website publishing, and evolve our web ecosystem through continuous improvement activities and project coordination across various web marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for management and maintenance of our company's Animal Health's North American marketing websites. The individual will also guide web strategy and solutions evolution through development of a prioritized web ecosystem roadmap to support emerging business, customer, and technology trends.
- Partner with brand managers to proactively plan for incoming web project demand, including new/updated sites, promotion and campaign setup/support, product content and asset management, etc.
- Align scope of web projects to clearly defined business objectives and success criteria
- Define estimates and timelines to execute on site strategy - from ideation to delivery
- Gather and refine website specification and requirements based on technical needs
- Partner with agencies, vendors, IT and web developers to match visual design intent with compliance, editorial and brand style guidelines
- Provide web strategy thought leadership and socialize best practices to optimize UX, SEO, and web traffic/performance to drive overall CX and business performance
- Collaborate with Digital Analyst to understand site measurement plan and goals
- Implement tracking instrumentation (GA data capture/tagging & MVAs) to enable site analytics and to improve site quality, reliability, and customer experience
- Identify opportunities to prototype and/or experiment with new web concepts and designs to improve user experience and socialize the data-driven learnings across stakeholders
- Establish governance and partner with brands, digital leaders, IT, and vendors to prioritize enhancements to web ecosystem (e.g., personalization, e-comm, chat, etc.)
- Develop and maintain web ecosystem features prioritized backlog and roadmap, associated business cases, risks and dependencies
- Develop and maintain web delivery workflows, playbook, SOPs, RACIs, and training (to scale self-service) and monitor process to suggest continuous improvements as needed
- Establish clear roles & responsibilities, open communication, business processes, QC standards, and SLAs to optimize cost, quality, and customer experience
- Monitor industry, digital, and competitor research to highlight gaps and opportunities
- Maintain strong focus and adherence to all compliance and privacy regulations

Education:
- Required: BA/BS in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Information Technology, or related fields
- Preferred: Master's degree
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of directly relevant work experience in web strategy/design, mobile optimization, web delivery platforms (Wordpress or other CMS)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in related functions (including marketing, agency, digital analytics, optimization, consultancy)
- Hands-on web development experience
- Experience with responsive design principles and optimizing web on mobile
- Experience with Google Analytics, TMS (GTM or other), and web optimization tools
- Strong working knowledge of web programming languages, including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript
- Understanding of Web Accessibility Guidelines and GDPR, CCPA
- Preferred:
- Experience in a healthcare environment or related field
- Experience using Agile ways of working (Scrum, Kanban)
