OVERVIEW:
As the SVP of Marketing, we are looking for a seasoned executive who will report directly to the CMO and can execute on our global strategy and lead SharkNinja’s marketing teams to achieve a high rate of sale for our products while continuing to build brand trust. Our SVP of marketing is at the center of our business’ success and the key to our global scale! You will lead and influence at the strategic, operational, and tactical levels of our business.
SharkNinja is a global product design company that creates Five-Star innovative lifestyle solutions for consumers around the world. They’ve established a leadership position by disrupting the market in multiple household product categories, including: Food Preparation, Cooking, Cookware, Floorcare, Cleaning, Robotics, Air Purification and Beauty.

SharkNinja is a disruptor brand and has revolutionized the home electronics industry by developing 5-star products that breakthrough in function, value and by making all our lives easier, every day.
This individual and their team will be accountable for creating a comprehensive go to market story for new innovative products and manage the continued commercial success of existing powerhouse products. Candidates we will consider will have proven success leading a marketing team at an executive level. This position also offers the opportunity to build a world class team as its leader.
Our SVP, has to be positive, energetic, self-reliant, an agile thinker, a lover of products, action oriented and be able to attract, develop, and retain great talent.
Our SVP of Marketing will make impact through:
•Leadership: Lead publicly, manage decisively and hold accountable a world class marketing team
Growth Driver: A growth marketing practitioner that can develop strategies that drive revenue growth, High rate of sale and attract the right buyers and traffic to our goods.
•Brand Storyteller: Strategically build the SharkNinja brand and our family of products by increasing awareness to gain followership and brand admiration.
•Product marketer and business owner: A general love and interest in developing the breakthrough strategies of innovated products and a passion to run their businesses successfully and with full ownership.
•Innovation Catalyst: Create breakthrough ideas to disrupt an industry.
•Capability Builder: Deploy robust solutions (people, process and technology) that will reach across the business and accelerate marketing, life cycle management and customer experience.
Of course, along with the ability to see 3-5 years into the future we are looking for this individual to have a deep understanding of Marketing functions, including:
oCampaign & Omni channel marketing
oBrand strategy
oDigital media, paid search & SEO
oAmazon optimizations
oWebsite and e-commerce
oRevenue growth
oManage P&L for each brand and product
ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
•Required: 4-year degree in marketing or related discipline
•Required: 10+ years’ proven experience in brand marketing as well as building and growing brands and product marketing
•Required: Experience in building a marketing function from the ground up
•Required: Experience re-positioning a company’s brand
•Required: Exceptional knowledge and insight of marketing techniques and platforms
•10+ years of professional experience in marketing, sales, or strategy planning roles
