The Role:

This Senior Front-End Developer role helps maintain the Neo4j.com website, with a special emphasis on work aimed at growing Neo4j’s self-serve cloud database adoption. The role will work with UX Designers and other developers to improve user experience, support AB testing of conversion funnels, and integrate various systems such as analytics and authentication. This role will also maintain and improve React-based applications on the site, and play a leadership role in improving the site’s technology stack where necessary.

The ideal candidate will be versatile, creative, enthusiastic about learning new skills, technologies and tools as needed, and have an excellent ability to prioritize tasks within a framework of well-defined overall goals. They will also have a strong sense of ownership and drive for delivery, and be a good mentor and co-worker. The candidate will have a bias toward getting things done, without getting stuck on polishing the perfect solution.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in front end web development with strong hand coding experience in HTML, CSS and JavaScript with solid understanding of mobile responsive design
• 2+ years of hands-on experience working with React or similar frontend technologies
• Experience working with APIs and integrating different data systems like Marketo, Mixpanel, Segment, and Auth0

Nice to Have:

• B2B tech marketing, particularly database or SaaS experience
• Marketo, Mixpanel, Segment, Auth0 experience
• CircleCI or other CI tools experience
• AWS, including Lambda experience
• Wordpress experience
