We are currently looking for a Sampling Coordinator in Cincinnati, Chicago or New York.
The sampling coordinator will be responsible for executing the sampling frame for recruitment into the custom panel as well as ongoing sampling activities for follow-up projects. This will include external and internal sample sources management, sample pull executions, performance, and financial tracking, working with Scripting and Panel Manager (PM) on production deployments.
Essential Job Functions
- Be the primary point of contact in the sampling area for PM, scripting, and sampling source vendors, managing the sampling process from start to finish. This includes everything from managing sample vendors, including tracking of their performance as well as billing, creating sampling frames based on client specifications, executing balancing frames, creating sample availability reports, pulling sample based on spec and internal exclusions as well as panel availability, report to PM on sample performance and coordinate fieldwork activities accordingly. This involves working closely with the PM and scripting.
- Coordinate with global research and operational teams to build sampling frames as required by the client (i.e. social-economic, education, income questions by country).
- Manage internal and external sample sources including, feasibility, pricing, performance, and engage PM/scripting as needed for new source system set up and technical issues.
- Manage the sampling strategy execution process closely to ensure that the scope and budget are maintained and tracked and that the project and client specifications are adhered to.
- Work closely with PMs to manage panel demo and responsiveness composition, as relating to sample replenishment targets creation and execution.
- Master interface for panel platform, including a full understanding of project specifications, member management, data integration, and reporting capability as relevant to the sampling activities.
- Master IPS sampling platform to accommodate recruitment directly from existing iSay panels into the ICP custom panel.
- Master IPS client sampling software to create and execute complex balancing sample selection schemes.
- Master off-system data manipulation in excel needed to achieve sampling objectives.
- Create and load sample groups into individual projects of the panel platform and communicate with PM regarding deployment activities as well as with scripting regarding quota set up.
Required Skills and Abilities
- 2 to 3 years of applicable experience in either online market research, advertising agency, digital marketing, or complex project management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Panel Management Software knowledge (Questback / Tivian) is a plus
- Demonstrated a high level of attention to detail in a fast-moving and complex multi-region project environment.
- Demonstrate strong data management skillset, including the ability to manipulate data in an error-free fashion.
- Strong QA skills to be able to proof own and others' work.
- Ability to negotiate terms with various vendors and motivate strong vendor performance.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, coordinating a variety of roles and resources to bring projects to fruition
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient using Word, PowerPoint.
- Advanced expertise in Excel for database management and data manipulation purposes.
- Advanced knowledge of IPS(platform) and client sample IPS processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be motivated, passionate, and career-oriented maintaining a culture of innovation and continue the desire for skill-building.
