How you will impact the organization…

We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for being the main leader for the go-to-market strategy and positioning for our family of products and services within the healthcare interoperability software industry, as well as collaborating with a team of product marketing managers. This role will work closely with the product development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that our products and services are effectively developed and marketed to our target audience.

 

The value you will deliver…

  • Develop end-to-end GTM strategies and lead cross-functionally to drive alignment for new product launches and services
  • Accountable for benchmarking KPIs, owning and delivering sales adoptions goals of product launches to drive business outcomes and to pivot as needed if benchmarks are not met
  • Drive the commercialization strategy and product portfolio alignment of Consensus family of interoperability solutions
  • Partner with Strategy to conduct market research on healthcare industry issues and competitors to identify key opportunities and threats 
  • Lead voice-of-the-customer (VOC) interviews and translate insights into product GTM strategies, messaging, and positioning to help deliver on critical company objectives
  • Partner with product management to translate research and insights to better align intended use cases and product roadmap to the market and ensure a strong product-market fit 
  • Present and share insights and research across the organization and provide go-forward recommendations 
  • Strong storytelling experience when creating customer facing collateral (e.g. fact sheets, webinars, eGuides, presentations, scripts, whitepapers and case studies)
  • Product portfolio management, developing product positioning, cross-selling value proposition and product integration 
  • Development of clear and compelling product messaging and value propositions
  • Build strong relationships with product management, strategy, marketing operations, sales, client success, and third-party consultants
  • Public speaking experience, representing Consensus at industry events and conferences 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create impactful sales enablement materials (e.g. competitor research, playbooks, call scripts, buyer-personas, product training and demos)
  • Lead training and sales enablement efforts to elevate and standardize product understanding, value propositions, and messaging to further enhance adoption of Consensus solutions

What you will bring to the table…

  • 5+ years of product marketing and go to market experience within Software-as-a service (SaaS), including bringing new offerings to market, as well as driving revenue & customer growth
  • 3+ years of healthcare experience within any of the following verticals, hospital systems, payer markets, healthcare technology companies 
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to deliver strong, predictable results
  • Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation and interpersonal communication skills, as well as an effective communicator at all levels
  • Utilizes analytical and problem solving skills with clear examples of using data actively for target setting, measurement, ROI analysis and recommendations for business growth
  • Comfortable in a remote first work environment and familiarity of tools, (Slack, Zoom, Fellow)
  • Experience with marketing automation (Pardot) and Google Workspace, (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Gmail).

  • Strong understanding of healthcare technology, artificial intelligence, and/or machine learning
  • Experience working with U.S. government entities

Location requirements: Remote, US

Travel requirements: None

Physical requirements: Must be able to sit for long periods, as well as, handle long periods of screen time.

Technology requirements: Reliable, high speed internet

The salary range for this role is $130,000 – $140,000 USD.  The total compensation package for this position is negotiable and may also include [annual performance bonus, ESPP, enhanced time off packages and benefits.]
