Senior Product Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Product Marketer to help take our Go-To-Market efforts to the next level at TripActions. In this role, you will partner closely with our marketing team to drive campaign strategy and hit pipeline goals. You will also partner with our CS organization to drive customer engagement. You will be an expert on our users, our product and our value proposition. As the connective tissue between our product, marketing and CS teams, you will define our platform-level positioning, messaging and target audiences and help to evangelize TripActions with the business travel community.

What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with campaigns, web and content teams to develop relevant content that aligns with GTM strategy and can be used in campaigns, enablement and other customer interactions focused on product adoption (webinars, product webpages, digital, live events, videos)
- Drive TripActions’ thought leadership strategy and efforts via content and assets - stay abreast of the latest trends in travel
- Create compelling positioning and collateral for our field teams that showcase the value of our platform to speed up sales cycles and drive bigger deals
- Be a partner to our CS organization, to drive customer engagement and upsells
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers and keep a pulse on the competitive landscape to inform our go-to-market strategy
- Be a product expert and evangelist both internally and externally, developing a deep understanding of market needs and trends, and how we should position ourselves
- Evangelize product functionality, strategy and roadmap across the business through presentations, videos, demos and at in-person events (once travel is permitted)
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years in product marketing, with flexibility for experience in travel & expense industry, travel tech, content, product copywriting, competitive and market research or enablement functions
- Proven track record in crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content
- Strong communication, powerpoint, and writing skills
- Exceptional team player with effective problem-solving skills
- Creative thinker that independently generates and executes on innovative ideas
- Established ability to successfully drive projects with minimal guidance
- Organizational skills to manage competing projects with tight deadlines effectively
