Senior Product Marketing Manager, New Products

We're expanding the product marketing dream team to power our growth and this critical role will be all about shaping the GTM strategy for our growing OwnBackup Secure solution to capitalize on the massive addressable market and expanding ecosystems that we have in front of us. We are searching for a creative, hands-on product marketing manager ready to make an immediate impact on the OwnBackup Secure business, in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Your Day-to-Day Role
• Work hand-in-hand with our Product Development organization to identify and validate market opportunities that expand and diversify our product portfolio• Build a deep understanding of target markets, competitive landscapes, and customer pains to inform strategy and product direction• Support research objectives during product design, development and pre-release phases to ensure product-market fit and commercial success• Craft positioning and messaging backed by a strong point-of-view to reach the right audiences and motivate action• Help define success criteria for product launch, develop launch plans, and lead cross-functional teams through launch execution• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies backed by market research, to enable activation and sustainable growth for new products• Enable customer-facing teams to position, sell and support new products effectively• Work with Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, Creative, Content and Market Intelligence to establish OwnBackup's unique value in the ecosystems we serve
Your Work Experience
• 4-6 years of product marketing experience in SaaS B2B tech • Hands-on experience of the Salesforce and ServiceNow ecosystems a plus• Expertise in the data protection or the security posture management space a plus• Extremely organized, methodical and detail-oriented• Ability to speak the language of product teams fluently• Best-in-class communication skills and ability to present ideas to an executive audience• High energy with the ability to successfully drive projects with minimal guidance• Humble and collaborative with a strong desire to work with multiple teams to achieve goals, deadlines and launches• Thrive in a fast paced environment with the ability to manage multiple deliverables • Skilled storyteller with a strong point of view• Demonstrated experience driving GTM strategy• A technical background and experience in product management, professional services or sales engineering a plus
Important Details
This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our Englewood Cliffs, NJ or San Diego, CA office to maximize collaboration and interaction with the business.
