We are in the process of building out a best-in-class Product Marketing function and are looking for passionate individuals to join us.

This Senior Product Marketing Manager - Legal Tech role will sit as part of the global Inbound Product Marketing team responsible for our Legal Tech portfolio. This role will have a particular focus on developing deep market insight to help create differentiated Legal Spend Management value propositions, based on market needs and priorities.

Note: This is a *hybrid role (*mix of working from home and in-office) and can be based in any of these Hub office locations: Minneapolis/St. Paul area (Eagan), Dallas area (Carrollton), NYC - Times Square, Toronto.

In this opportunity as Senior Product Marketing Manager, Legal Tech, you will:

  • Provide expert guidance on strategy, design, business requirements, feature and functionality tradeoffs and release schedule for a proposition or set of propositions.
  • Influence cross-functional teams to ensure dependencies for proposition are met.
  • Work closely with research and client-facing teams to gather and prioritize feedback to drive innovation and increase client adoption and retention.
  • Demonstrate or builds expertise on Legal Tech propositions with a particular emphasis on Legal Tracker and other spend management tools.
  • Lead customer/market/industry engagement to constantly refine and test value proposition.
  • Build a network of key influencers across the markets we serve to help guide the development of differentiated value propositions.



About You

You could be a fit for the Senior Product Marketing Manager, Legal Tech if you have:

  • 5+ Years' Experience in relevant role.
  • Undergraduate degree in marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • A proven ability to research and assess complex needs and drive towards a recommended path forward.
  • Experience in developing and communicating value propositions, understanding the customer value and benefits provided by a particular solution set.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • An awareness of key metrics used to assess health of a particular value proposition (e.g., user adoption, usage growth, financial performance etc.)
  • A passion for getting to understand customer and market dynamics as well as the competitive landscape.
  • Worked closely with research and client-facing teams to gather and prioritize feedback to drive innovation and increase client adoption and retention.
  • Driven customer/market/industry engagements to constantly refine and test value propositions.
  • Built a network of key influencers to help guide the development of differentiated value propositions.
  • Knowledge of Corporate Legal Departments and their interactions with legal service providers would be a distinct advantage.
