WHAT YOU’LL DO 🤹‍♀️

Reporting directly to the General Manager of Card, the Senior GTM Manager will serve as the point of contact for marketing and will own strategy for our card program. You’ll get to develop creative solutions to launch, test, and develop innovative card products for millions of members. Your day-to-day/month-to-month will look something like this:

  • Refine our target customer and design a resonant messaging strategy
  • Help develop and test our card positioning, messaging, and creative campaigns
  • Collaborate with our marketing teams to launch assets across channels (e.g., digital, offline, PR, customer marketing)
  • Identify areas for improvement and design processes to create marketing efficiency
  • Own marketing-related partnerships (i.e., card-linked offers)
  • Track and report on key metrics, finding qualitative and quantitative patterns, insights, and ideas that we can use to adjust and improve our marketing and product strategy
  • Work closely with the General Manager to ideate and build business cases around future products 


WHO YOU ARE 🦄

  • 6+ years of product marketing, growth marketing, or other highly cross-functional experience
  • Passion for and deep knowledge of innovative marketing techniques, platforms, and strategies
  • Ability to see connections across products, segments, and audiences that you can turn into insights for our teams
  • Track record of success at both the strategic and operational level, and experience launching products and/or programs in the marketplace
  • Strong collaboration instincts with a desire to remove barriers by working with others around a shared need
  • A natural drive for results; sets clear and challenging goals for a portfolio of work and pursues them with enthusiasm and passion 
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Proven track record in fast-paced environments; FinTech and/or startup experience a plus
  • Nice to haves: Fintech and/or startup experience; card industry experience (credit or debit)
