About the job
The Red Hat Customer Marketing team is looking for a Senior Principal Program Marketing Manager to join our Global Account Based Marketing (ABM) Program team. In this role, you will enable and support the global community of regionally-based ABM marketers with account-level digital marketing strategies, campaigns and campaign governance, and best practices that support account sales goals as well as customer proficiency and satisfaction with the Red Hat portfolio.
As a member of the ABM program office at Red Hat, you will serve as the ABM subject matter expert and global advocate for ABM digital activation. You will partner with Global ABM programs (1:1 ABM, 1:few ABM, Personalization, Customer Life Cycle) as well as regional ABM teams, global, and regional digital campaign teams to plan and measure digital campaign fulfillment, including ABM and customer life cycle marketing (CLM) segmentation and targeting, lead development, asset management and data management. You also will facilitate best practice sharing, education, and documentation around ABM and CLM digital within the ABM community at Red Hat. Successful applicants must reside in a state where Red Hat is registered to do business.
What you will do

  • Act as the global point of contact for regional ABM and CLM teams to support segmentation and digital campaign best practices
  • Partner with Marketing Technology Operations System Analyst to define ABM and CLM requirements, identify challenges and needs, and facilitate enablement and documentation
  • Participate in Corporate Marketing Digital or Integrated Media Taskforce groups to ensure transparency; evangelize on behalf of ABM and CLM needs
  • Manage the ABM and CLM Digital Campaign Platform from a global ABM and CLM program perspective, including global segment management and oversight, global rollup of results
  • ABM and CLM digital campaign socialization and transparency with extended teams (global, vertical, regional, field) as campaigns are planned and share results
  • Facilitate global best practice sharing to manage enablement for ABM regional leads and ABM marketers


What you will bring

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing campaigns and strategies (content syndication, paid and organic social)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in digital demand marketing
  • Familiarity with ABM technology platforms (e.g., 6sense)
  • Comfortable with managing projects across internal functional marketing teams
  • Ability to collaborate, consult, and gain consensus across extended teams
