Job Description

The goal of the performance marketing team is to drive a test, learn and optimize approach to continuously improve campaign performance and efficiency

This role will be integral to driving growth for our brands that specialize in the Field Services, Education and Personal Services industries, targeting businesses including maintenance, air conditioning, childcare and laundry services. The role will also support our world class payments platform. You'll play an key role in achieving our growth goals, by leading the day-to-day execution and optimisation of our digital performance marketing campaigns, working closely with our in-house team of specialists. Whilst also working closely with the Global Director of Performance Marketing to develop strategies / roadmaps to deliver results and assisting to enhance processes to ensure optimal efficiency. 

You can expect an intense operating cadence, a strong team & support framework, as well as a huge opportunity for learning and growth. Perfect for any individuals who are inclined towards entrepreneurship. This is a global role and in a global team

The ideal candidate needs to be an expert in performance / digital marketing, have a passion for marketing in general and be keen to learn and pick things up quickly. 

Qualifications

Ideal skills/background:

● Paid digital marketing strategy development

● Paid search (Google / Bing)

● Paid social (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)

● Programmatic / display advertising

● Digital campaign tracking (e.g. Google Analytics)

● Campaign reporting and analysis, inc. dashboard set-up

● Conversion rate optimisation

● Agency collaboration and management

● Creative process management


To be a best fit for this role you need:

● 7+ years experience

● Expert in B2B acquisition strategies

● Experience working in a global team advantageous

● Strong analytical skills

● Strong project management skills

● To be a clear communicator, with stakeholders at all levels

● To be a team player and collaborate to achieve goals

● High attention to detail

● Creative thinking to push boundaries
