Senior Partner Marketing Manager

Esper has created a new category--Device DevOps--and this role is focused on increasing market awareness, building partner relationships, and driving growth.
The Partner Marketing Manager role is a high-impact opportunity to define a new category within the tech industry. We’re looking for a self-starter who is able to take initiative in solving problems and moving projects forward, and we’ve ensured that you’ll have the SME support and design resources to do so. You’ll sit within the Product Marketing organization and work closely with Business Development, Channel Sales, Esper’s executive team, and Sales/Marketing leaders from our partner organizations.
What you'll be doing
- Develop co-marketing campaigns with and for our partners
- Create assets and trainings for partner sales organizations to build pipeline and expand Esper’s audience footprint
- Build and maintain the channel sales portal with existing and upcoming assets
- Meet regularly with customer-facing teams to cultivate trusting relationships, determine the effectiveness of assets, and prioritize Sales asks
- Work with Sales Training to roll out new product releases and updates
- Deftly manage overlapping projects and competing priorities
- Share out regular updates
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Demonstrated experience working with a technical SaaS product
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively work with people at all levels of an organization
- Experience moving initiatives forward across cross-functional teams
- Able to make decisions independently, with a bias for action
- A portfolio that showcases your past work
Great to have
- Experience working asynchronously, with a global team
- Startup and/or high-growth phase experience
- Past projects with highly technical developer or IT audiences
- Passion for Android or open-source software
