Senior Partner Marketing Manager - Technology Alliances
As the Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you will serve as the marketing focal point for global strategic technology alliances such as AWS, Microsoft, Workday and more, driving joint marketing strategies and integrated campaigns, that communicate our joint value-added solutions and contribute to pipeline creation and progression. With the evolution of technology Marketplaces, this role will establish and execute the SailPoint strategy for leveraging these powerful, disruptive platforms to drive demand at scale globally. Working closely with the SailPoint Technology Alliance teams, technology alliances, and cross-functionally with the SailPoint Marketing organization, you will help define compelling messaging, content, activations and tools, that will be used for our Marketplace listings to drive sales, partner enablement, demand generation, thought leadership, field marketing, and customer marketing.
To be successful in this role you must possess strong marketing and communications skills, as well as a technical appreciation of enterprise software, enterprise demand generation, and rapidly evolving security and identity landscape. These skills will fuel your ability to be a key evangelist and storyteller, demonstrating the value that a joint relationship with SailPoint provides. Moving and thinking rapidly with an attention to detail and a sharp eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate value propositions into customer and prospect benefits is crucial.
The position reports to the Senior Director of Corporate Marketing within the Performance Marketing team and is available as a remote position for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Craft compelling joint messaging, customer stories and positioning with strategic technology alliance partners that helps buyers understand the joint value and advantages received by a SailPoint and our hero technology alliance offerings.
- Define cross portfolio messaging and technical product capabilities into meaningful and contextual benefits that feed into the development of creative presentations, demonstrations, collateral, blogs, white papers, and positioning documents.
- Contribute into developing supporting content for established sales plays and enablement tools focused on helping internal, field sales teams, and their peers within our partners, to understand target markets and buyers, buyer personas, pains points, and key messages.
- Participate in cross marketing programs, campaigns and initiatives that will drive further market penetration.
- Act as an evangelist to market influencers, prospects, and customers in Marketplaces, tradeshows, industry events, and conferences.
- Drive cross-functional launches, coordinating the efforts of alliances, engineering, sales, marketing, PR, and operations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience on high-performing marketing teams, working with global technology alliance partners and Marketplaces.
- Ability to translate complex partnership solutions and concepts into easy to consume business value in a B2B environment.
- Self-starter who is experienced in successfully taking a project from concept to execution, with a bias for action against multiple deadlines.
- Experienced at successfully multi-tasking a variety of critical priorities and stakeholders.
- Experience influencing and working across cross-functional teams, managing peer-to-peer relationships with strategic partners.
- Strong project/program management skills, with proven record of managing end-to-end development of strategic campaigns and initiatives.
- Comfortable within a global scope, understanding local nuances, while driving strategic priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Enterprise security software/SaaS experience and Marketplace experience.

Education:
MBA or equivalent preferred; BA/BS required.
