About this opportunity

ABI Research estimates the total addressable market for private cellular networks to increase from $3.7 billion in 2021 to more than $109.4 billion in 2030. Ericsson is a market leader for enterprise wireless networking and with the combined offerings of its acquisition of Cradlepoint in 2020 can deliver a range of solutions and services for the enterprise.

The Senior Paid Digital Manger will be joining the Demand Marketing organization of Ericsson supporting the Enterprise Private 5G (EP5G) and NetCloud Private Networks products. The key responsibility of the Demand Marketing organization is to drive preference, leads, pipeline and revenue for Ericsson products and sales teams. This role will work with a newly formed business unit that is tasked with driving the standard for enterprise within Ericsson.

What you will do
  • Define the overarching paid digital marketing strategy (search, display and social) across in support of driving awareness and demand
  • Define the overarching paid digital marketing strategy (search, display and social) across in support of driving awareness and demand
  • Manage paid programs across channels such as digital, social and search targeting functions aligned to demand priorities
  • Track and report on status of all digital programs, ensuring timely communication and access to all stakeholders.
  • Manage global digital marketing budget and regional recommendations for paid marketing mix
  • Analyze ongoing performance metrics; prepare and communicate reports and useful insights for broad communication
  • Serve as the paid media subject matter authority, keeping on top of trends, standard methodologies, and changes in the media space
You will bring
  • Demonstrated ability leading Paid digital efforts across search, social and display
  • Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Display Network, and other social & display channels a plus
  • Guide level knowledge of campaign strategy, development, optimization tactics, and reporting
  • Experience in planning and executing media budget
  • Experience at high tech and telecom sector a plus
  • Consistent track record of driving demand via Paid Search channels and an understanding of the interaction between organic search and other channels.
  • Strategic problem solver who can implement tactically and willing to get into details
  • Project management abilities with a process driven attitude and experience with work management tools (Asana, Jira, etc)
  • Strong analytical & performance optimization skills and a guide with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience working with internal and external creative teams to conceptualise and develop media assets
  • Passionate about the latest tools, trends, techniques, ad technologies and platforms
  • Knowledge of the latest attribution and funnel tracking platforms and techniques
  • Somebody who is self-started who can work around roadblocks and solve problems
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey results and recommendations to the full marketing team and executives.
  • Effectively works cross-functionally with other teams on shared goals
