SUMMARY:

The Senior Media Account Manager owns the client relationship post-sale for a portfolio of clients. This role is a strategic partner to clients, working cross functionally across internal teams to deliver comprehensive media plans & successful campaigns. You will be responsible for overarching campaign success & client satisfaction by building strong internal and external relationships. You will need to have a strong understanding of KPM media products and processes. You will have an ability to strategically translate that into media recommendations and executions to meet client's goals. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment, have a high standard for quality and strive to 'wow' your clients and partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop strong relationships with sales AEs, Lead Account Managers and clients directly to collaboratively own the client relationship post-sales by leveraging strong communication throughout lifecycle of accounts/campaigns.
  • Responsible for client communications, leading status calls, responding to ad-hoc requests and timely email responses.
  • Support the building media plans and recommendations.
  • Facilitate cross functional team collaboration to build and manage campaigns on behalf of client's goals.
  • Partner with Sales, Lead Account Managers, and Campaign Operations to work collaboratively on developing client relationships & successful media campaign executions.
  • Ability to manage high volume promotion and media campaign plans, including developing, maintaining, and communicating campaign pipeline, timelines, and tasks.
  • Owns presentation of campaign insights, data and campaign metrics during client meetings
  • Work cross functionally with internal teams to help deliver strong campaign results and funnel client feedback and intel as it relates to overall client needs to drive repeat business
  • Manage full campaign life cycle including but not limited to: organizing and conducting kick-off calls, execution of campaigns, monitoring campaign performance in-flight, end of campaign reporting and invoice management
  • Support Sales with cross-sell/up-sell opportunities by leveraging data-driven media strategy within reporting, connecting client business need with campaign performance
  • Collaborate to resolve campaign performance issues using best practices and supporting resources, while creating innovative solutions to meet the changing needs of our clients.
  • Interface with cross-departmental contacts to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Ability to work independently to ensure success of client relationship and campaign management.


QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE :

  • Bachelor's degree 3-5 years of digital media/ad ops experience
  • Experience managing client engagements of targeted marketing communication and/or related projects
  • Experience within adtech, publisher, agency, or retail, preferred
  • Experience building media plans and recommendations, preferred
  • Strong project management experience
  • Strategic thinking and problem solving
  • Strong communication, organization, prioritization and attention to detail
