Job Description
Home Lending Marketing Senior Associate - Strategy Originations.
The Home Lending Marketing Strategy Manager role will be responsible for empowering our Sales force with Marketing tools and capabilities. This candidate will effectively be the 'front-line' of Marketing by listening to needs, evaluating opportunities, providing weekly updates and leading new initiatives. Most of the work will be ad-hoc and unplanned and stem from a sales force comprised of over 2,000 individuals, This candidate must, at all times, balance providing a caring and sympathetic ear to the Sales team while exercising excellent judgement, in partnership with our broader marketing team, to determine which initiatives we will support,.
Responsibilities:

1. Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to improve the ability of our distributed Sales teams to promote Chase products and programs
2. Offer best in class support to our Sales teams by taking the time to understand their asks and offering practical solutions.
3. Successfully manage and influence cross-functional resources to execute initiatives on time, on budget and with quality.
4. Consolidate marketing and communication activities and provide regular updates to Sales teams through high quality presentations,
5. Support the condo-builder business by developing and implementing marketing strategies.

Qualifications

1. The ideal candidate must have deep, hands-on experience supporting a customer facing Sales team with Marketing tools.
2. Self-starter with ability to grasp concepts quickly and outreach to business partners for information to shape a comprehensive and successful marketing strategy.
3. Strong understanding of the financial services industry and competitors; prior mortgage or home equity experience a plus.
4. Strong relationship development and negotiating skills; able to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members.
5. Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities.
6. Must be comfortable operating as an independent contributor in a fast paced and highly matrixed environment.
7. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
8. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field from an accredited college/university.
