Product or Services Marketing is responsible for defining the product and/or service, market strategy, and life cycle management including customer need identification, market research, product or service offering, pricing, positioning, promotion, and branding.

Sustainable Technologies™ Medical Device Reprocessing is value-based, sustainable health care. Founded in 2015, Sustainable Technologies™ is a leading provider of single-use device (SUD) collections, reprocessing and recycling services in the United States. We are committed to reducing the impact of healthcare delivery on the environment, simplifying the supply chain, and providing value to our customers. In 2021 alone, we diverted 12.9 million devices or 1.7 million pounds from landfills, 8 million devices were returned to customers, generating $67 million in savings.

Sustainable Technologies™ serves a base of 2,000+ accounts nationwide and is #1 reprocessor on the patient care floor, and #4 in the overall reprocessing market. The Senior Marketing Specialist will be a part of the team for the market-leading reprocessed portfolio including both invasive and non-invasive product lines.

Accountabilities

  • Synthesize and translate market and customer needs into clearly defined objectives, strategies, and tactics to drive sales and profitability
  • Direct marketing strategy for the product portfolio, including elements of the marketing plan such as collateral development, promotional campaigns, and tradeshow planning
  • Represent the product portfolio to internal and external partners with expertise and enthusiasm
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sales team members, including daily active management of the sales pipeline as well as co-developing and facilitating sales training
  • Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns from creative ideation to commercial execution, at minimum biannually
  • Foster strong relationships to work effectively with a variety of cross-functional groups, including Finance, Pricing, Sales Enablement, Supply Chain and Operations, Inventory Planning, Global Product Management, Capital Service, and Digital Marketing
  • Develop business proposals and responds to RFPs for national and local contract solicitations
  • Analyze national supply network to ensure supply meets demand, and balance inventory as needed
  • Assist with competitive product comparisons and e-commerce platform accessibility
  • Enhance market landscape knowledge by compiling market research and competitive intelligence
  • Maintain interest in the healthcare market and curiosity about hospital and surgery center customers' clinical practices and patient experience delivery



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in related field, preferred.
  • Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively on short and long-term projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Start-up mentality, easily adaptable
  • Capable of prioritization to deliver on business commitments efficiently
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Positive contributor to team culture
  • Ability to travel 10% of time domestically
