Overview
Verkada’s Marketing team is looking for a high-talent Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to develop, implement and improve operational processes. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations and Analytics, you will play a vital role in creating world-class Marketing Operations capabilities that will drive the next growth phase at Verkada.

Responsibilities:
- Establish and communicate marketing standard methodologies for executing campaigns, programs and nurture streams
- Design, build and document customer segmentation for effective marketing
- Optimize marketing alerts to sales for increased efficiency and conversion rates
- Own attribution tracking infrastructure from website scripts/containers to CRM logging automation
- Help set the strategy for and own the execution of email preferences process
- Partner with Sales operations and other GTM teams on cross-functional projects
- Provide data-based strategic recommendations to improve overall efficiency
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of Marketo experience working in mid to large size business or similar
- 4-5 years work experience at Enterprise SaaS companies or similar
- 2-3 years experience working with Salesforce
- Experience setting up and maintaining integrations between business systems (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo, ZoomInfo, Bizzible, Website, Clearbit, etc…)
- Demonstrated track record of success in a high-growth, self-directed business environment
- Analytical mindset, capable of understanding advanced abstract relationships and concrete systems/data
- Proven track record of creating alignment amongst peers through negotiation, guidance, and empathy that drives projects towards effective completion
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Nice-to-have:
- Experience using business intelligence systems such as Looker, Tableau or Periscope
- Software engineering experience (Python, Javascript, SQL, Ruby, etc…)
- Hands on experience with working with Outreach
- Experience with Account Based Marketing tools such as Engagio or similar
