Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist who will be a strategic problem solver that will get results through executive and cross-departmental influence, innovative thinking, and effective change management. Their recommendations and solutions are grounded in critical thinking and relevant data and analytics. This person should be passionate about the latest trends in Marketing and technology and thrive on identifying and chasing opportunities that improve the customer experience and accelerate our business.

Reports To: Sr. Manager Marketing Analytics
Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on our marketing operations to drive automation and deliver efficiencies from acquisition, sales, and support.
  • Own, manage and optimize marketing systems and data management operations used to execute and report on marketing programs throughout the lead lifecycle end-to-end including automation, segmentation, targeting, delivery, data capture, enrichment, chat, routing, attribution, data hygiene, governance, etc.
  • Build, maintain, and refine email marketing processes. Manage segmentation and list building workflows.
  • Drive implementation and onboarding of marketing tech stack tools (i.e. tools and processes for Lead Scoring, Reporting, Attribution, Personalization, A/B Testing, Digital Advertising).
  • Help facilitate successful team usage of key marketing platforms and processes-scale and democratize knowledge across the team.
  • Deliver accurate budget forecasts and performance reporting on Marketing KPIs
  • Partner with the Marketing Analytics team to analyze & report on progress to achieve campaign objectives, glean meaning from the data and proactively advise on how to improve results
  • Serve as a liaison with other business units to assist in developing effective marketing processes, ensure data integrity and maintain alignment to strategic goals

Required Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS Marketing
  • 2+ years of experience with administration and maintenance of Marketing Automation Software (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot)
  • History of cross-functional collaboration with teams such as sales, finance, analytics and product
  • Experience in budget forecasting, allocation and tracking in high-growth marketing and sales environment
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com as an integrated CRM platform
  • Experience building and refining workflows, lists for recurring processes, and one-off campaigns
  • Proficiency in developing the business case and measuring ROI for marketing and sales investments
  • Experience in budget forecasting, allocation and tracking in high-growth marketing and sales environment

  • Strong results-driven project management skills, detail orientation and an ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to think and communicate clearly about complex and technical projects and processes

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position in Colorado is $66,786/yr - $101,743/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
