The Position

Senior Marketing Operations Manager

 

What We Need

Kareo is looking for a seasoned Sr. Marketing Operations Manager to help drive the company's marketing initiatives and outbound efforts. As the hub of Kareo's demand generation engine, the ideal candidate has ABM experience and has rebuilt and optimized intricate MarTech stacks that integrate with Salesforce. Candidates must be equally comfortable as a strategic leader, as well as administering day-to-day funnel management and reporting.

Your Area of Focus

  • Work cross functionally to optimize and enhance Kareo’s current MarTech stack. 
  • Work cross functionally with sales enablement and product to maximize revenue opportunities based on demand in the marketplace.
  • Own the lead management process and marketing automation platform infrastructure.
  • Develop and manage the overall marketing operations strategy, and oversee the day-to-day management of data capture, governance, analysis, derived insights, and measurement. 
  • Analyze existing data, as well as historical trends, to provide early insights into best practices and trends that guarantee data quality across marketing metrics and operations. 
  • Manage all marketing operations with the focus of campaign tracking, lead management, segmentation strategies, troubleshooting and alignment with sales initiatives. 
  • Manage, implement, and troubleshoot, tech stack integrations such as Eloqua, Salesforce, Drift, 6sense, Outreach, etc.
  • Implement processes and system changes to ensure compliance with email, privacy, and more.
  • Act as main point of contact for the transition point of leads between Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Collaborate and align with cross-functional teams in regard to data enrichment and best practices. 
  • Oversee the annual budgeting process and work with finance to assist in tracking budget actuals, forecast performance, and recommend areas to reallocate budget when necessary.

 

Your Professional Qualifications

  • 5+ years of marketing operations experience at a B2B or SaaS company
  • Extensive experience and proficiency managing a full suite of marketing automation software (Eloqua and Salesforce experience is preferred)
  • Detail-oriented, exceptionally organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with outside teams
  • Clear understanding of the sales funnel stages and process
  • Strong ability to track analyze and optimize marketing performance
  • Deep understanding of lead & pipeline management, multi-touch attribution and email marketing
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns and suggest marketing campaign efficiency
  • Comfortable presenting insights to executive leadership teams
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Economics, or Statistics-related major
  • Salesforce Certified preferred
  • Former FP&A or Market Analyst experience is a plus
